We process and ship orders with care to make sure your Healytec device reaches you in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
Processing may take slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- China — 3–7 business days
- Asia Pacific — 7–14 business days
- Europe & Middle East — 10–18 business days
- North America & Rest of World — 14–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. All international orders are handled with the same care and attention as domestic orders.
Customs & Import Duties International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions before ordering.
Restricted Destinations We are currently unable to ship to a small number of countries due to carrier or regulatory restrictions. If your country is unavailable at checkout, contact us and we'll do our best to find a solution.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your shipment every step of the way.
Shipping Issues
Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Undeliverable packages If a package is returned to us due to an address issue or failed delivery, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or delayed orders If your order seems lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier right away.
