Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Non-returnable items

  • Items marked as final sale

How to Return

Contact us at customersupport@healytec.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Partial refunds may apply for items returned in a condition different from how they were received, or outside the 30-day window.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us and we'll take care of it.
