1.1 About us. Healytec Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong SAR, provides wellness and recovery technology. These terms govern your use of our website, products, and services.

1.2 Eligibility. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using them with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

1.3 Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Orders already placed are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

2. Use of services

2.1 Accounts. Some features require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

2.2 Prohibited activities. You agree not to use our services to:

3.1 Pricing. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

3.2 Payment. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. Healytec does not store your payment details.

3.3 Order acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order because of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailability. If we cancel after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

6. Intellectual property

6.1 Our content. All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, belongs to Healytec or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute it without permission.

6.2 Your content. By submitting content such as reviews, you grant Healytec a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and display it in connection with our services and marketing.

7. Product use

Hybrid products are wellness devices for recovery and training. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Always follow the user manual and safety instructions. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Healytec is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
