Hybrid Knee has a white kneecap guide printed on the device. Line it up with your kneecap and wrap the straps around. Hybrid Shoulder sits over the top of the shoulder, with the short straps around the arm and the long straps around the chest. Correct positioning gives you the full cold and heat effect.

Plugged in, the cooling surface reaches down to -10°C. On battery, it holds 0°C to 5°C so you can move freely. Either way, it feels like a proper ice pack, without the ice. Hot mode has three levels: low, medium, and high. The number of lit LEDs shows the level.

Yes. It runs on a 5,000mAh battery, well under the 100Wh carry-on limit for lithium devices. Power it off before checking it in, and confirm your airline's policy before you fly.

Keep sessions to 15 minutes on one area, 20 minutes maximum, the same as you would with an ice pack. If you have reduced sensitivity to cold or heat, check with your doctor before use.

Wipe it with a damp cloth after use. It's not waterproof, so don't submerge it or run it under a tap. Store it somewhere dry, and don't pull hard on the straps.
