Charging

Plug in and charge fully before your first session.

• Blinking red — Low battery
• Steady white — Charging
• Light off — Fully charged

Use only the included charger.

Wearing it

1. Place the device on your shoulder targeting the needed spot.
2. Wrap the short straps around the arm, then wrap the long straps around the chest.
3. Ensure a comfortable and tight fit before powering on.

Mode Indicators

• Cold mode: Blue
• Hot mode: Orange
• Contrast mode: Purple

Heat Intensity (Heat/Contrast mode)

Press the power button to change heat intensity.

• Low: 1 LED
• Medium: 2 LEDs
• High: 3 LEDs

Using your Hybrid Shoulder

• Power: Press and hold the power button to turn on or off.
• Mode: Press the mode button to cycle: Cold → Hot→ Contrast → Cold. Always starts cold.
• Intensity: In hot or contrast, press power to step through low, medium, and high.
• Contrast: Automatically switches between cold and hot every 2 minutes.
• Plugged in: Maximum cooling on plug in, in both cold and contrast modes.

After your session

• Wipe with a soft, damp cloth.
• Store somewhere cool and dry.
• Keep it dry, not waterproof.

Safety

• Don't use on broken or irritated skin.
• Stop if anything feels off, numbness, pain, or discomfort.
• Max 30 minutes on one area per session.
• Don't fall asleep wearing it.
• Consult a doctor if you have reduced temperature sensitivity.
• Not for use by anyone under 12.
• Don't use if the device or cables look damaged.
• Don't open or modify the device.
